This is the 2nd time filling this out. Dissatisfied with the interior/exterior repair program I was forced to buy

Dealership was great and my sales rep Marcos was the best , he went out of his way with videos , phone calls , texts and emails to assist me. I’ve never purchased a vehicle out of state before but they have made the process very easy. I definitely recommend this dealership and will be doing business with them in the future.

Overall, I am satisfied with the service provided, but I do have one complaint. I had to pay @160 dollars just to have 2 filters changed out. The engine intake filter and the cabinet filter. The reply from the service counter was that the glove box had to be somewhat removed to install the new filter. I have done cabin filters on my chevy pickup and my wife's previous vehicle and to me not a big deal. So, rest assured you all won't be doing that again.
