Great service!

The technician put on 4 new tires and replaced a part in the air conditioner. My car rides smoothly and the AC cools well. I needed transportation to and from work. The porter was a good driver and was friendly and courteous. The service department people were friendly and helpful. I was assisted by three different people, two at the shop and one over the phone. All were friendly, courteous and helpful. The first service department person checked my car in, helped me get the correct discounts and arranged for a driver and car to take me to work, another service person set up pick up. Everything ran smoothly.

I brought the truck to find out what was wrong and why it was still pulling, said truck was done . $400 later picked it up said it was toed out , I drove it away, the service advisor didn’t tell me it was still pulling, I called and it was kick the can down the road, I am not happy. Everyone’s just looks at computers, there are no mechanics anymore

Service is always great. In and out for oil change. Mollie is fantastic. Always able to get me in.

Service was terrible. My truck was in for almost 3 weeks for a fuel pump. Never notified with updates. Every time I called they said it was being looked at but never given a timeline. I'm guessing it wasn't even looked at for the first week or more. Once I picked it up they told me they cleaned it up but definitely didn't. The fuel tank was covered in fuel, bird crap all over my truck and no way was run through a car wash. I was out a vehicle for 3 weeks and they said they had no loaner for me to help me get to work. The extended warranty only covered 1 week of a rental so I had to pay for an additional 2 weeks. This experience really makes it hard to use the dealer in the future. I know I won't be taking it there for any service or warranty work.

Mollie is good and this is not a criticism of her at all. She’s the one reason that I come back to Kunes to have my vehicle serviced but the reality is that the service department is terrible. in Delevan. It is a bait switch. I have $104,000 new truck that I have complained about the same issue over and over and over again. The service department has talked me into replacing mirrors, replacing cameras when I told them for the very beginning that the issue is either a harness or it’s the image control module, and the answer from your service manager was you should buy a new truck that is the reason that I contacted the CEO at GM and the reason I contacted the vice president of marketing at GM not only am I an engineer but I’m also president of a Electronics) manufacturing company that services GM Stellantis Ford Honda Toyota so I know what I’m talking about with vehicles and you manage response is unprofessional. The response that tells you that you need to go down this rabbit hole when exactly I know exactly what the problem was is ridiculous.in addition the service manager had examples of the same problem with a different vehicle. So he knew what the intimate result would be. There was no need to have me spend upwards of $4000 when he knew all along ultimately what the end result would be. So no the service department at Kuehn is not good.
