The sales person I worked with was very good. He was courtesy and polite.

They did everything possible to get the truck for me

We had an appointment for 1 pm for an oil change took the truck right back, was almost an hour and a half. This is not acceptable.

the oil change was good it took a long time to complete 2 hours is a little crazy.
