Back glass in the lift gate rattles loudly, literally moving up and down. It has been in shop 4 times, they hear it and see it, but can't figure out how to fix it. Had to file a claim with GMC. Very disappointed. Most of trim on inside is cheap plastic and poorly assembled. The ride is as good as the previous model. Turns and handles like a car, not a truck.… - 5.0
Pricey but worth it
By Mark | on Saturday, January 28, 2023
Let’s be real here, all SUVs are pricey these days, even cheaper know cars like Kia’s. Then it gets more expensive with full-size SUVs, and desirable ones like the GM brand. My biggest complaint is with GM, they nickel and dime you to death with ridiculous add-on subscription based services. Even the My GM app costs $15/month, absurd, and this service used to be free!… - 5.0
